The praise of laughter

Laughter is good medicine that stretches our shrinking brain.

Humble and bright laughter is a heavenly sound.

Laughter is given freely to everyone but it their values are different.

When our hearts dwell on the babbling laugh of a newborn baby.

We can humbly laugh on our journey of life. 

Laughter is good medicine that stretches our shrinking brain.

How comforting it is.

When we laugh loud enough to show our vulnerabilities, all the stuffiness in our brain will be blown away. It’s the catharsis of bursting dry tear ducts and laughing tearfully.

People are stingy to laugh though.

Laughter is the biggest gift God has given us from birth to the grave. 

The face of the unwrapped laughing shines.

The moment we laugh is an opening to the heavens. Even frowning faces will turn into the beautiful watercolor paintings when big shining laughs bloom. 

A laugh reveals a person's personality. 

People who laugh with their mouths wide open are said to be cheerful and cool.

I decided to correct my indecisiveness by big laughing. People around me don't laugh much, but there are times when I laugh out loud and feel embarrassed. But I made up my mind to push through.

One day I saw an ad that saying they are training laugh therapists. I was questioning and curious.  The fee was quite a lot, but at I went. I attended with a wide heart to laugh as much as I could.

The group of laughter became frequent, louder, longer and made us hungry, so we had the lunch early. 

Just by laughing together, the group took off their awkwardness and turned into good old friends. We showed interest in  each other, asked each other's needs, and became friends.

Laughing does not break into the air and scatter, but it rushes into us and awakens the cells inside. The moment we laugh make us realize ourselves. 

It suddenly becomes surprising what makes life go on is really simple thing. It is like a piece of laugh that cannot be seen or touched.

I will fill the dark valley of my life journey with small pieces of laughs. 

With pure heavenly laughs.
